I don't have a diagnosis. Is this still for me?

Yes. The most powerful thing you can do for your brain is act before a diagnosis. Most of the people I work with are preventing decline, not treating it. That's the whole point. 25 of the 36 known Alzheimer's risk factors are modifiable and we can start addressing them today.

I do have a diagnosis. Can you still help?

Yes. I work with early cognitive impairment and MCI clients using the ReCODE protocol alongside your treating physician. I'm not replacing your doctor. I'm doing the clinical lifestyle work they don't have time to do. This is exactly what the protocol was designed for.

Why six months?

Because real change in brain health takes time. The three phases of the protocol each build on the last. Six months is what the science and my clinical experience both point to as the minimum for measurable, lasting outcomes. Anything shorter produces short-term results that don't hold.
